As a Customer Service and Dispatch Agent, you will be the face and voice of the company. This pivotal role requires high agility to turn every call into a concrete solution for our residential and commercial clients.
Advantages

Responsibilities
- Answer service calls and manage emergencies with professionalism (heating, hot water).
- Perform logical dispatching of calls by optimizing technician routes.
- Accurately open and create work orders in the internal management system.
- Ensure rigorous follow-up of service requests with property managers.
- Promote and sell annual maintenance plans to the existing customer base.
- Prepare quotes for repair work following service interventions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, ideally in dispatch or a call center environment.
- Proficiency in French and English (Bilingualism is mandatory).
- Excellent ability to manage priorities, call volume, and stress during peak seasons.
- Comfortable using computer tools (CRM/ERP type software).
- Linguistic justification: Our client operates across Canada. Based on an assessment conducted by our client, it has been determined that this position requires candidates to be fluent in both oral and written English. Specifically, this role will require the employee to communicate with English-speaking clients and partners on a daily basis and to cover a territory that requires communicating with clients and consumers who do not speak French.
