As a Customer Service Agent, you will earn a starting salary between $52,000 and $55,000 per year (depending on experience) and serve as the central link between our technical operations and our prestigious clientele. This position based in Montreal offers a stable and professional work environment.

Responsibilities
- Dispatch and coordinate service calls for a fleet of nearly 40 installation technicians across Quebec and Ontario.
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls (60-80 per day) for appointment scheduling and customer support.
- Greet and assist customers at the front desk of our Montreal branch for file processing and payments.
- Optimize appointment schedules using our digital management system.
- Collaborate closely with the billing and sales departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
- Essential Bilingualism: Perfect command of both English and French (oral and written). Given our Canada-wide operations, this role requires daily communication with English-speaking clients and partners located outside of Quebec, as well as covering territories beyond the province that necessitate the use of English.
- Relevant Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center, a financial institution (such as RBC or BMO), or the insurance sector.
- Geographic Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of the city of Montreal and its surrounding areas (North Shore/South Shore) is a major asset for optimizing technician dispatch.
- Soft Skills: You are recognized for your punctuality, professional presentation, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment: A strong desire to build a long-term career within a stable local company.
