Our client, a leader in the distribution of metal products located in Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join their close-knit team. In this role, you will be the bridge between client requests and the technical execution of their projects. Responsibilities
Respond to price inquiries and prepare detailed quotes via email and phone.
Conduct rigorous follow-ups on submitted quotes to close sales.
Process and enter orders into the internal computer system.
Maintain trusting relationships with a diverse clientele (construction, food industry, manufacturing).
Collaborate with production and shipping teams to ensure deadlines are met.
Perform follow-up calls to inactive clients (approximately 10-15% of the time).
Qualifications
Relevant experience in customer service or inside sales (industrial sector experience is an asset).
Mathematical logic: Comfortable with basic calculations (fractions, measurements).
Personality: Autonomous, organized, and able to work in an environment where communication is frank and direct.
Reliability: Excellent attendance and a desire for long-term commitment.
Language skills: Fluency in French and functional English.
