Responsibilities
As a representative, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth logistical operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Taking and processing orders for pickup and delivery.
- Constantly communicating with carriers to provide real-time order tracking to customers.
- Handling daily calls and maintaining excellent relationships with internal and external clients.
- Promptly addressing customer and carrier complaints, including escalation when needed.
- Monitoring carrier performance to identify optimization opportunities.
- Updating files and information in SAP software.
- Collaborating with sales, logistics, carrier teams, and clients.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center role.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with SAP software.
- Bilingualism (French-English) is essential as you will be responsible for clients outside of Quebec.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a high degree of autonomy.
- A strong sense of time management and the ability to work effectively in a team.
