Responsibilities
Act as the central point of contact for clients for both the Ville Saint-Laurent and Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu plants.
Manage the full order cycle: ERP data entry, lead time tracking, pricing management, and problem-solving.
Collaborate closely with operations management to prioritize orders and adjust scheduling.
Prepare technical quotes based on customer drawings and specifications.
Maintain an active presence on the production floor to perform follow-ups and resolve issues in real-time.
Qualifications
Essential bilingualism (French and English), both spoken and written. Proficiency in French and English is essential (both spoken and written). This requirement is justified by the need to serve clients outside Quebec and to process technical documentation from international suppliers and partners.
2 to 5 years of experience in customer service within a manufacturing or distribution environment.
Proficiency with ERP systems (knowledge of Genius is a major asset) and Excel.
Degree in operations management, administration, or project management (asset).
Ability to work independently and rigorously in a quiet environment.
