Responsibilities
Your daily challenges:
At the heart of the action, you will be the primary point of contact for our commercial (B2B) clients. Your responsibilities include:
* Handle customer inquiries (calls and emails) with professionalism and dynamism;
* Ensure accurate order entry into the internal system;
* Collaborate closely with key departments (sales, estimating, production, and logistics) to ensure project follow-up;
* Keep clients informed about their order status and resolve issues with agility;
* Rigorously keep the internal database up to date.
Qualifications
Profile sought for this role:
Bilingual Customer Service Clerk Packaging
Côte-de-Beaupré
* Advanced level of French and English required for managing customer accounts and communicating on a daily basis with English-speaking clients and employees located outside Quebec;
* Prior customer service experience (3 years), ideally in the manufacturing, industrial, or distribution sector, will be strongly considered;
* Attention to detail and demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
* Ready to start quickly.
* Excellent priority management, teamwork skills, and strong computer literacy;
* Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (MS) and ability to learn an Enterprise Resource Planning system (ERP).
