...
This is an exciting opportunity for a professional who excels in high-touch communication and thrives in a dynamic atmosphere. We are looking for a "people person"—someone who may currently be excelling in premium, customer-centric environments and is ready to transition those elite service skills into a professional corporate setting. If you are a master of multitasking and have a natural ability to make every person you interact with feel like a priority, this role offers the perfect professional home for your talents. This position is ideal for those who pride themselves on their presentation, their ability to build rapport quickly, and their dedication to ensuring a seamless experience for every visitor and caller.
Advantages
- A stable, permanent base salary of $50,000 – $55,000.
- This is a career-defining "bridge" role for those looking to move from high-volume service industries into a corporate career path.
- Access to a full permanent benefits package and paid time off upon joining the client's team.
- Work in a refined, professional setting where your "white-glove" service approach is the backbone of the office.
- Join a well-established organization that values internal development and long-term commitment.
- Enjoy a consistent professional schedule that allows for a great work-life balance.
- Opportunity to work with a team of professionals who value collaboration and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact, providing a warm and professional welcome to all visitors and high-value stakeholders.
- Oversee a high volume of incoming communications via phone and email, ensuring accurate and timely redirection or resolution with a helpful attitude.
- Manage meeting room bookings, internal schedules, and executive calendars with a high degree of accuracy and foresight.
- Maintain a seamless office flow by managing supplies, coordinating with external vendors, and ensuring the professional appearance of all common areas.
- Handle sensitive documentation and data entry tasks with strict attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Proactively address client needs and office challenges before they escalate, maintaining a smooth experience for everyone involved.
- Support the broader team with administrative tasks to ensure project deadlines and client expectations are consistently met.
Qualifications
- A background in high-touch service environments where "the customer experience" was your primary focus.
- The ability to remain calm, professional, and organized under pressure, similar to managing peak service hours or a high-volume floor.
- Comfortable navigating modern digital tools, POS systems, or standard office software (Word, Outlook, Excel).
- Strong verbal and written English skills with a professional tone and an ability to build rapport quickly.
- A natural knack for keeping things tidy, organized, and running on schedule without constant supervision.
- A professional demeanor and appearance suitable for a corporate front-office environment.
- Proven reliability and a strong work ethic, with a desire to build a long-term career.
