Responsibilities

Leading and motivating your team, acting as a daily source of inspiration.
Developing and implementing the policies, procedures, and service standards that will guide the department.
Supervising and improving daily operations, ensuring that service objectives are met.

Solving complex problems and making informed decisions to optimize processes.
Collaborating with management to align customer service strategies with the company's growth.
Qualifications
I am looking for an experienced and visionary leader with an analytical mind and a problem-solving approach. The ideal candidate has:
A completed post-secondary degree in a relevant field.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in customer service, including 5 years in a supervisory role.
Fluency in both French and English, both written and spoken, to interact with a pan-Canadian clientele.
In-depth knowledge of customer service principles, ideally in a food distribution environment.
Strong skills in team management and talent mobilization.
Knowledge of the Microsoft suite, including Excel, and familiarity with ERP systems.
