Developing and implementing the policies, procedures, and service standards that will guide the department.
Overseeing and improving daily operations, ensuring service goals are met.

Solving complex problems and making informed decisions to optimize processes.
Collaborating with management to align customer service strategies with business growth
Qualifications
I'm looking for a seasoned and visionary leader with an analytical mind and a problem-solving approach. The ideal candidate has:
* A post-secondary degree in a relevant field.
* At least 10 years of experience in customer service, with 5 years in team management.
* Mastery of both French and English, spoken and written, to interact with a pan-Canadian clientele.
* In-depth knowledge of customer service principles, ideally in a food distribution environment.
* Strong skills in team management and employee engagement.
* Knowledge of JDE, Excel, and familiarity with ERP systems and other Microsoft platforms.
