Being a student at Cascades is a unique opportunity to define your interests and discover your passion within the team of TANNYA ELIZABETH CRUZ, as our new Customer Service Intern:
- Take customer orders either directly from customers or sales representatives.
- Handle customer complaints and/or questions and follow up with appropriate internal personnel (Lab, Production, Purchasing, Accounting) as required.
- Maintain customer files ensuring contact and order information is kept up to date.
- Follow up on customer orders and coordinate with shipping and production to ensure orders are delivered on time.

- Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A student in Business, logistics or related field, with an interest in Customer Service in a Manufacturing setting
- Full time Availability for the summer
