Responsibilities
- Enter new incoming loads into Axon software.
- Dispatch the load to the driver on the Axon application and route the load (calculate empty and loaded miles).
- Get real-time ETA (estimated time of arrival) from the driver by phone.
- Reply to customers on dispatch emails regarding delivery inquiries or updated ETAs.
- Enter new driver information in Axon software and upload the hiring package and driver reference back check into Axon.
- Enter fuel invoices in Axon.
- Enter bills and credit card transactions in Axon.
Custom clearance:
- Send customs invoices to the customs broker for shipment clearance.
- Check the status of shipment clearance, either by phone or website.
- Create ACE/ACI manifest in CrimsonLogic.
- Perform other duties related to data entry or customer service..
Qualifications
- Atleast 1 year experience in the Transportation Industry, office setting
- Exceptional customer service and computer skills
- Fast learner and reliable
- English is necessary, French, Punjabi and Hindi is an asset
