Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, billing, and complaints
- Resolve customer issues through actions such as merchandise exchanges, refunds, or invoice adjustments
- Contact customers to provide updates on claims, investigation results, or any planned adjustments
- Escalate unresolved customer concerns to appropriate departments for further investigation
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, inquiries, and actions taken
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction in every interaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs efficiently
Qualifications
- Fully bilingual in English and French (written and spoken)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal abilities
- Detail-oriented with the ability to document information accurately
- Comfortable using computer systems such as MS Outlook or data entry tools
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in customer service within logistics, forwarding, or similar industries is a strong asset
