As a Customer Service and Inside Sales Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
Managing all communications (inbound and outbound calls, emails) with commercial clients to ensure an impeccable customer service experience.
Acting as an inside account manager, responding promptly to complex inquiries and ensuring thorough follow-up throughout the order processing cycle.
Proactively managing the database by entering, updating, and meticulously tracking strategic information within the CRM software.
Supporting sales growth by conducting regular follow-ups with the established clientele and identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Ensuring seamless daily coordination with local logistics departments as well as production teams based in the United States and France.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Proven and successful experience in B2B customer service, account management, or inside sales support, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Full fluency in both French and English, both spoken and written, due to daily interactions with global subsidiaries.
Excellent computer literacy and the agility to work with ERP systems such as Sage X3 (or SAP), analytical tools like Power BI, and CRM software.
Natural interpersonal skills, strong active listening, and a solid ability to adapt to operational changes.
Previous work experience within highly specialized sectors (aerospace, automotive, or medical) is a major asset.
Justification for Language Requirement
The incumbent in this position is required to collaborate daily with production sites located in Pittsburgh and California, as well as with administrative teams at the headquarters based in France. As the majority of shared technological tools, technical specifications for chemical products, and internal corporate communications are managed exclusively in English, fluent mastery of this language is essential to ensure business continuity and operational safety.
