Advantages
Salary: $50,000 to $55,000 per year.

Responsibilities
Manage customer calls, orders, and billing.
Make outbound calls (warm calling) to follow up with clients and take orders.
Suggest new products and perform upselling with existing customers.
Interact with clients and colleagues in a professional manner.
Perform administrative tasks such as filing and preparing reports.
Qualifications
2 to 5 years of experience in customer service, ideally in a B2B environment.
Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, and the ability to adapt to a new system).
Bilingual (French and English), with a strong command of English (80% proficiency). Knowledge of Spanish or Arabic is considered an asset.
Must have a positive attitude, be punctual, and be comfortable with sales.
Demonstrate a desire to learn and grow.
