Responsibilities
- Contact clients by phone to schedule and confirm their furniture deliveries.
- Proactively follow up on orders and deliveries to keep clients informed on the status of their items.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team and carriers to resolve issues and ensure client satisfaction.
- Perform administrative tasks related to delivery coordination and client file updates.
Qualifications
- Bilingualism (French and English), both spoken and written, to effectively serve our clientele outside of Quebec.
- Experience in customer service, ideally in a call center environment, which is considered a significant asset.
- An excellent sense of customer service and a dynamic personality, with the ability to maintain a positive approach and an engaging tone of voice.
