In this role, there is absolutely no cold calling. You will manage incoming orders (primarily via email) and provide rigorous, high-quality follow-up for a business-to-business (B2B) clientele.

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries professionally and promptly, primarily via email.
- Ensure accurate data entry and seamless processing of orders, returns, and exchanges in the system.
- Verify inventory availability, pricing, and track shipments.
- Meticulously document customer interactions and maintain up-to-date client files.
- Collaborate closely with the warehouse and billing departments to resolve logistical issues or discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Bilingualism: Fluent in both French and English (written and spoken).
- Experience: Proven track record in order management, data entry, or customer support.
- Tech Skills: Highly tech-savvy with an ability to learn new systems quickly (experience with ERP software is a strong asset).
- Core Strengths: Strong problem-solving skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Industry Asset: Prior experience in distribution, manufacturing, or the HVAC sector is a major plus.
This position requires perfect bilingualism (French and English), both spoken and written. The incumbent will be responsible for supporting a nationally distributed customer base. Morning communications are primarily conducted in French with local clients, while afternoon follow-ups are mostly carried out in English with partners and clients located outside of Quebec. Bilingualism is therefore an absolute necessity to perform daily tasks.
