Responsibilities
The Customer Service Representative - Liquidation Advisor will be primarily responsible for ensuring the efficiency and profitability of the liquidation center by acting on several fronts:
Physically receiving merchandise for the center.
Greet customers who visit the liquidation center in person.
Work closely with the inventory coordinator.
Conduct thorough research to determine and find the optimal selling price.
Prepare invoices and manage the entire payment process.
Promote and sell products without commercial activities to our network of liquidators and targeted customers.
Work in synergy with the Marketing, Logistics, Sales, and Operations teams.
Qualifications
To excel in this essential role as Customer Service Representative - Liquidation Advisor in the Sales sector, the requirements are as follows:
Relevant work experience in a store or customer service environment. Ideally in hardware.
Good computer skills (word processing, spreadsheets).
Bilingualism is desirable (written French/English in particular), with English expertise required to interact with customers outside Quebec.
Ability to work 100% on-site in Laval.
Able to work independently and proactively.
Good work organization, strong organizational skills, and initiative.
Resourcefulness in finding solutions.
Good physical ability to receive and handle merchandise.
