We are looking for a Logistics Customer Service Representative for a St-Bruno based company specializing in warehousing solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, coordinating deliveries, and resolving logistics-related issues. The role involves direct communication with clients as well as administrative tasks.
As a Logistics Customer Service Representative, you will be at the heart of daily operations in the city of Saint-Bruno, benefiting from comprehensive and structured training to ensure your success.

Greet drivers and coordinate their check-in/registration upon arrival at the Saint-Bruno site.
Respond professionally and promptly to customer inquiries via email and telephone.
Work closely with management to optimize service levels and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Advanced bilingualism (French and English), both spoken and written (essential for clients outside Quebec).
Relevant initial experience in customer service.
Autonomy, resourcefulness, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
Proficiency with computer systems (an asset).
