Location: Ville-Saint-Laurent
Status: Temporary to Permanent (TTP)
Salary: $25.00 - $27.00 / hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-time
Responsibilities
Claims Management: Coordinate supporting documentation, validate requests, and ensure complete follow-up within the ERP system.
Operations Support: Enter purchase orders (POs), issue invoices via client portals, and prepare sample shipments.
Customer Logistics: Collaborate with carriers to obtain Proof of Delivery (POD) and provide accurate status updates (ETA) to clients.
Internal Collaboration: Partner with sales, production, and quality teams to guarantee total customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years in customer service or administration, ideally within the manufacturing or distribution sector.
Bilingualism: Flawless proficiency in both French and English (oral and written) is mandatory, as you will serve major clients across North America.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office and experience with an ERP system (Epicor knowledge is a significant asset).
Key Skills: Strong administrative rigor, ability to manage priorities under pressure, and a collaborative mindset.blem-solving skills
