Responsibilities
- Order Management: Retrieve and confirm orders received via the portal or email.
- Data Entry: Enter orders into the Epicor system and send Purchase Order (PO) acknowledgments to customers.
- Logistics Support: Follow up with carriers for estimated times of arrival (ETA) and obtain proofs of delivery (POD).
- Claims Processing: Coordinate support documentation, validate customer claims and deductions, and process them within Epicor and Alpha systems.
- Administrative Tasks: Send invoices via portals, prepare sample kits, and perform document filing.
- Team Support: Act as a backup for the customer service team and assist with other administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of two (2) to three (3) years of experience in customer service or sales.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in a manufacturing environment is considered a strong asset.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills in both French and English, both oral and written.
- Key Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining high quality standards.
- Organization: Excellent sense of organization, time management, and priority setting, along with marked problem-solving skills
