Permanent full-time position during the day. Schedule from 8 AM to 5 PM on weekdays.
Salary starting at $50,000 + annual bonus.

Responsibilities
The main responsibilities for this role are:
Gathering customer needs regarding their returns and warranty claims.
Following up on requests to ensure outstanding customer service.
Following up with suppliers to ensure warranty compliance.
Following up with external representatives to understand customer needs.
Responding to inquiries by phone and email.
Qualifications
What it takes to succeed in this role:
French and English spoken and written.
Outstanding customer service, regardless of the field.
Ability to demonstrate professionalism and respond to customers while respecting company policies.
Autonomy, proactivity, and dynamism.
