As a key member of our sales team, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, managing the full order lifecycle from initial inquiry to delivery. This is a challenging, high-energy position that requires a blend of technical knowledge, suggestive selling, and exceptional problem-solving skills to ensure our clients receive the best value and service in the industry.

Responsibilities
Key Account Management: Overseeing client accounts, Coordinating workflows across internal departments (warehouse, billing, and logistics) to guarantee strict fulfillment timelines are met.
Order Processing & Systems Navigation: Manage heavy daily order processing, setups, delivery tracking, and proactive follow-ups utilizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), SPS, and proprietary internal e-commerce systems.
Consultative & Suggestive Sales: Answer incoming client calls and emails promptly, suggest complementary or promotional products to expand account volume, and provide basic technical assistance.
Proactive Account Outreach: Conduct weekly scheduled touches with established accounts to accurately secure bulk orders for upcoming delivery timelines.
Discrepancy & Claim Resolution: Efficiently research customer complaints, product warranties, or return requests, completing all backend cross-functional forms to resolve issues within a strict 24-hour window.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Active participation in weekly branch sales meetings to share crucial market data with the local customer service team and branch leadership.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven success in an inside sales, distribution center client service, or business-to-business customer service environment.
Industry Knowledge (Asset): Previous exposure to industrial distribution, automotive supplies, plumbing components, RVs, trailers, wheels, or technical assemblies is a significant advantage.
Technical Skills: Strong digital literacy with hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 and specialized ERP platforms (Dynamics 365 experience is heavily preferred).
Soft Skills: Outstanding verbal and written articulation skills, exceptional professional composure when managing large corporate accounts, and the autonomy to solve complex issues with minimal supervision.
Pre-Employment Screening: Candidates must be willing to complete a standard criminal background check and credit check as part of the onboarding process.
