Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $20.00/hour
Start Date: ASAP
Advantages
Competitive pay rate
Contract: 12 months with possibility of extension
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Responsibilities
Prepare and package orders for shipment
Perform shipping and receiving duties
Enter data accurately into company systems
Answer and direct incoming telephone calls
Provide customer service and support as needed
Maintain accurate shipping and inventory records
Qualifications
Fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written
Previous shipping, receiving, or customer service experience preferred
Strong data entry and computer skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Professional telephone manner
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
