The position is based in Lachine, in an area easily accessible by public transportation. The start date is immediate.
Flexible hours, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Base salary: \$45,000 per year, with opportunities for growth and performance-based increases.

* Use internal systems to manage customer information and track deliveries accurately.
* Resolve complaints professionally, handling even difficult situations calmly and efficiently.
* Work closely with dispatch teams, drivers, and warehouses to ensure optimal delivery coordination.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in both French and English required to interact with clients and English-speaking partners in Canada.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to quickly resolve problems.
* Good command of computer tools, CRM software, and logistics platforms.
* Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage customer frustration effectively.
* Previous experience in customer service or logistics is a plus.
