Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for our B2B clientele. Your main tasks will include:
Complete order management: Entry, tracking, status updates, and sending confirmations to clients.
Client communication: Answering phone calls (high volume – approximately 50 calls/day, up to 200 during peak periods) and emails, primarily inbound.
Administrative follow-up: Preparing purchase orders, invoicing, managing shipping labels via Canada Post.
Internal coordination: Liaising with different departments to provide impeccable customer service.
Versatility: Performing various related administrative tasks to support the team.
Qualifications
To succeed in this essential role, you will need the following skills and experience:
Essential bilingualism (French and English), both written and spoken.
Significant experience in customer service, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and aptitude for working with an ERP system (knowledge of Acomba is a significant asset).
Excellent stress management skills and the ability to remain calm in a high-volume work environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing a large number of orders and follow-ups.
Strong team spirit and a collaborative attitude.
Initiative and autonomy, while also being comfortable asking for help or working as part of a team.
