Target base salary around $50,000 per year, open to discussion based on overall experience.

Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and process a high volume of B2B customer orders received via email and inbound phone calls.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries, handle order tracking, and coordinate resolutions for backordered products.
Resolve customer complaints with professionalism and manage the end-to-end merchandise return process.
Rigorously maintain and organize the department's shared email inbox to ensure a seamless and efficient workflow.
Navigate and enter transactional data daily within the SAP system.
Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Prior professional experience in customer service within the distribution, food, or manufacturing industries.
Fully bilingual in French and English (a minimum functional level of 7/10 is required to confidently communicate with out-of-province clients in Ontario and the Maritimes).
Comfortable managing a fast-paced environment with a high volume of simultaneous calls and emails.
Strong resourcefulness, autonomy, and excellent teamwork skills suited for a shared office environment.
Prior experience or familiarity with SAP software is considered a major asset (a comprehensive 1-month onboarding training is provided on-site).
