Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for our members, providing courteous, accurate, and timely resolutions to inquiries via phone and email. Your strong problem-solving skills will be key to your success in this dynamic role.
- Position: Customer Service Representative (Full-Time, Permanent)
- Location: London, Ontario (Hybrid Model)
- Annual Salary: $46,000
- Start Date: November 17th
Work Structure
- Hybrid Schedule: Enjoy a flexible schedule with 3 days working from home and 2 days working in our London office.
- Hours: Rotational 7.5-hour shifts required between the earliest start time of 8:00 AM EST and the latest end time of 8:00 PM EST, Monday to Friday (No weekends!). Schedules rotate every 6 weeks.
- Training: Benefit from 5 weeks of paid, 100% in-office training, followed by a 2-week in-office mentorship program.

Responsibilities
- Provide accurate responses to all member inquiries while maintaining the highest level of customer service.
- Effectively troubleshoot and resolve telephone and email inquiries using various systems and tools promptly.
Qualifications
Customer Service or Call Center experience is required.
- Strong English communication skills are essential.
- Must demonstrate strong computer/multitasking skills, including the ability to proficiently use multiple screens and systems at the same time.
- Strong Problem-Solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
- A High School Diploma is required.
- Must be able to pass The Federal Government's Enhanced Security Screening.
Hybrid Workspace Requirements
To ensure a productive remote work environment, candidates must meet the following:
- Equipment: Must use a hard-wired internet connection and a docking station.
- Monitors: Must have 2 monitors (unless using a single 34-inch screen).
- Workspace: Must work in a private, secured area free from distractions. (Equipment provided by the client includes a laptop, charger, headset, keyboard, mouse, and locking cable.)
