Responsibilities
- Provide accurate, empathetic, and professional responses to members via phone and email.
- Effectively troubleshoot and resolve inquiries using various systems and tools in a timely fashion.
- Navigate multiple computer screens and applications simultaneously to find the solutions our members need.
- Uphold the highest level of customer service in every interaction, ensuring members feel heard and supported.
Qualifications
- Exceptional English communication skills (both written and verbal).
- A true passion for customer service (previous call center or customer service experience is required).
- Strong computer skills and the ability to multitask like a pro (e.g., handling multiple screens and systems at once).
- Top-notch problem-solving skills; you love digging in to find the right answer.
- The ability to remain calm and professional, even under pressure.
- A High School Diploma (or equivalent).
- You must be able to pass The Federal Government's Enhanced Security Screening.
- Any managerial or team leader experience, particularly in banking or finance, is a significant asset.
