Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries by email and phone in a professional, courteous, and timely manner.

• Prepare detailed quotations, sales orders, and distribute order confirmations and related paperwork.
• Monitor open orders, coordinate shipping schedules, and provide customers with regular status updates.
• Input client information and track logistics across systems during the ongoing company-wide migration from AS400 to the Zoho ERP platform.
• Liaise directly with suppliers, warehouse personnel, and sales representatives to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel daily to maintain accurate order logs, tracking spreadsheets, and perform data entry.
Qualifications
• 1 to 3 years of professional experience working in a dedicated customer service, order desk, client care, or administrative data-entry role.
• Ability to work full-time, 100% on-site at the Mississauga location.
• Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills, with a heavy emphasis on professional email correspondence.
• Practical proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel spreadsheet navigation.
• Experience with Zoho or other ERP systems is a huge asset.
