We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team in the insurance sector. This contract opportunity is an ideal way to make your entrance into one of the most sought-after fields of 2024 and will allow you to work from the comfort of your home most of the time. It is a flexible opportunity that will enable you to contribute significantly to the growth of an expanding organization.
Advantages
Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Initial training on a schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Location: Almost entirely remote
Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and online chat.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding insurance claims, policy information, and account management.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of all customer interactions.
Deliver prompt and efficient assistance while adhering to the company's quality standards.
Qualifications
Perfect mastery of French and English, both written and spoken. Clients will be from canada et can be english speakers.
Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in a call center/customer service.
Excellent communication skills, interpersonal relations, and problem-solving abilities.
Advanced proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and Teams.
