Responsibilities

Enter and manage transport bookings in the AS400 computer system.
Perform cargo tracking (tracing) to answer customer questions about the status of their shipments.
Manage a high volume of communications, primarily by email (approximately 100 per day) and by telephone.
Collaborate closely with dispatch departments and drivers to resolve delivery issues.
Provide proactive support to internal and external customers to ensure smooth service.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Fluent bilingualism (English and French) is mandatory, as much of the work is done with Newfoundland.This requirement is justified by the need to serve clients outside Quebec and to process technical documentation from international suppliers and partners;
Minimum of 2 to 3 years of customer service experience in an office environment.
Excellent ability to manage several tasks simultaneously (multitasking).
Sociable, proactive temperament, capable of working effectively within a close-knit team.
