This position offers an excellent hybrid schedule where you'll spend 3 days working from home and 2 days in our Regina office. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for managing member inquiries via telephone and email, applying your creativity and sharp judgment to find effective solutions. We are dedicated to your success, starting with robust, paid training and mentorship.
Position: Customer Service Representative (Full-Time, Permanent)
Location: Regina (Hybrid Model)
Salary: $46,000
Hours of Operation: Monday to Friday, with an 8-hour shift required between 6:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST (Flexibility is a must).

Responsibilities
- Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve all member inquiries received via telephone and email using various internal systems and tools.
- Maintain the highest standard of customer service while providing accurate and timely responses to both new and existing members.
- Actively engage in a culture of continuous improvement and participate fully in ongoing learning and developmental initiatives.
Qualifications
- Previous Customer Service or Call Centre experience is required.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong computer skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn multiple systems (Windows-based and others) while demonstrating strong multitasking abilities.
- High school education minimum.
- Ability to solve problems through investigation, make timely decisions, and work under pressure.
