Working within a stimulating, bilingual environment, your primary goal will be to ensure the seamless and flawless management of the order cycle, thereby guaranteeing both customer satisfaction and the company’s operational efficiency.
Advantages

Responsibilities
Manage the full order cycle, from ERP system entry to final delivery.
Respond professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email regarding products and lead times.
Collaborate closely with the warehouse and internal departments to resolve logistical challenges.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure rigorous follow-up on customer files.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Customer Service Representative or Account Management role.
Perfectly bilingual (French/English) with excellent writing skills, as you will interact daily with clients and suppliers outside of Quebec who speak only English.
Proficient with ERP systems (knowledge of Navision is an asset).
Cheerful and proactive temperament with excellent priority management.
Ability to work in Saint-Bruno with a schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
