Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of major client accounts.
Perform order entry and follow-up from A to Z, without any sales tasks or prospecting for new clients.
Ensure order tracking and check inventory at the different production sites (Ontario and Alberta).
Verify prices and resolve inconsistencies by contacting representatives and the pricing department.
Generate reports on major clients using existing software (AS400 and IBM Query).
Demonstrate logic (comparison of past/current orders) to advise production accordingly.
Qualifications
Absolute Bilingualism (French-English): Although 80% of clients come from Quebec , interaction takes place in both French and English. The person must be comfortable in both languages to interact with clients.
Minimum of one year experience (two years preferred) in an office environment or corporate setting.
Ability to commit long-term and demonstrate stability.
Aptitude for comprehension and demonstrating logic in the work.
Proficiency in standard office software; experience with ERP or EDI systems is an asset.
Acceptance of 100% on-site work in Ville Saint-Laurent.
