• Diligently processing job referrals and ensuring internal follow-up.
• Answering talent questions regarding their application, our processes, and job postings.
• Posting job vacancies on digital platforms.
• Calling online applicants to verify their interest and eligibility.
Qualifications
To succeed as a Customer Service Agent in Recruitment, the following qualities are essential:
• A minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in Customer Service (SAC) or in recruitment.
• Developed team spirit and commitment to supporting agency goals.
• Speed of execution and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising accuracy.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with the use of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems or databases.
