Responsibilities
- Manage and track incoming client requests related to logistics operations and new accounts.
- Act as the primary consultative point of contact to identify growth opportunities and document strategic needs in management tools.
- Coordinate interactions between external partners, subcontractors, and clients to optimize service fluidity.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve operational and logistics issues.
- Ensure the integrity and updating of client data within the company's management and planning systems.
Qualifications
- Completed College Diploma (DEC) (Mandatory requirement).
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a B2B customer service or inside sales role.
- Bilingualism (French and English): Full proficiency in French for internal communications and Quebec operations. English is essential as over 50% of clients and carriers are located outside of Quebec (USA/English Canada) and systems (ERP/CRM) are in English.
- Proactive personality, strong organizational skills, and technological proficiency (Office Suite, CRM).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
