About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued customers, sales representatives, and end-users across Canada. You'll play a key role in ensuring high customer satisfaction through effective communication and proactive problem-solving.

Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll need to:
Manage a high volume of incoming calls from clients, sales representatives, and end-users.
Respond to emails and client inquiries regarding product information, order statuses, and other questions.
Generate quotes for clients and obtain necessary pricing from product management.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of our evolving product offerings.
Provide superior customer service by building strong relationships with existing clients and business partners.
Proactively resolve customer issues to ensure a smooth and positive experience.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
5 to 10 years of relevant customer service experience.
Proficiency in French and English (essential bilingualism), as service is provided across Canada.
Proficiency and in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Practical knowledge of an ERP system (Enterprise Resource Planning).
Desired Skills and Competencies:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
Strong operational capabilities and a proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
An exceptional focus on customer service and keen attention to client requests.
Ability to effectively manage stress in a fast-paced environment.
