As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our existing customers. Your main objective will be to ensure their satisfaction and continued success with our ERP solutions, by acting as their privileged advisor. This role does not involve prospecting or developing new markets; it is focused on retention and growth within the established customer base.

Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of existing customers in the construction sector.
Analyze and support customer requests for upgrades (e.g. adding modules, users, license upgrades).
Present the features and benefits of our products and solutions to meet customer needs.
Negotiate contractual agreements for service upgrades for existing customers.
Ensure rigorous and proactive follow-up with customers throughout their upgrade projects, in coordination with the internal project office.

Ability to handle stress, heavy workloads and sometimes direct communications.
Professional, humble, customer-oriented personality with excellent team spirit.
Intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn about our solutions and the construction industry.
Comfortable with various technological tools.
