Responsibilities
Prepare, transmit, and follow up on customs documents Coordinate customs clearance with brokers and logistics partners
Manage costs related to customs, transportation, and documentation
Monitor deliveries and intervene quickly in case of issues
Apply customs and transport charges with rigor
Ensure compliance with regulations (HTS, certifications, government requirements)
Use and master government platforms and specialized tools
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners, in French and English
Contribute to the continuous improvement of customs and transport processes
Qualifications
Relevant experience in customs, import-export, or transportation
Good knowledge of the food industry in a customs context
Proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written (bilingualism)
Comfortable with computerized environments and specialized systems
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment
