Advantages
- Permanent full time Monday to Friday
- Flexible hours (can start at 7am to 8:30am)
- Can work 35-hours to 40-hours a week, as you wish
- Can work from home twice a week once training is completed
- Company insurance package (medical and dental)
- Vacation weeks flexible based on experience
Responsibilities
- Order management of shipment requests, providing top-notch customer service
- Prepare all shipment documents (manifests, PAPs, PARs, Cross-border)
- Track all shipments, ensure ETAs are provided to clients
- Data entry, emails and phone duties
- Work in collaboration with Dispatch team
Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year experience in the Transport sector with knowledge of cross-border documents
- Strong computer skills (Excel, Unicorn)
- Fluently bilingual French and English is a must!
- A true teamplayer with strong attention to detail and organizational skills
