We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Project Operations and Finance modules to serve as a Functional Subject Matter Expert (SME). This role will support ongoing enhancements, production support, and business process optimization within the D365 environment.

Responsibilities
Act as the functional SME for D365 Project Operations and Finance modules.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
Configure and support D365 solutions to meet business and operational needs.
Provide production support, including issue triage, root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution of system incidents.
Support testing activities, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment of enhancements.
Recommend process improvements and best practices to maximize the value of D365 capabilities.
Work closely with technical teams, developers, and third-party vendors to implement solutions.
Create and maintain functional documentation, process flows, and training materials.
Qualifications
Experience as a D365 Functional Consultant with hands-on expertise in Project Operations and Finance modules.
Strong understanding of project accounting, financial management, resource management, and project lifecycle processes.
Experience supporting production environments and managing incident resolution.
Proven ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with system testing, release management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Summary
This role is ideal for a consultant who combines deep functional knowledge of D365 Finance and Project Operations with strong production support and business partnership capabilities.
