Our Client is seeking a functional resource to support the introduction of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. The emphasis is on practical system usage and internal user education, especially around production and operational processes in the accounting & finance space. Responsibilities
Serve as the go-to expert on D365 usage for the accounting team
Conduct hands-on training with staff for daily activities such as:
Creating customer quotes
Coordinating shipments
Handling relevant accounting operations
Work directly with internal stakeholders to improve process flows
Assist with basic testing of features and configurations
Prepare the organization for a smooth transition on the go-live date
Remain available post-launch to support and stabilize adoption
Qualifications
Proven experience working directly with Microsoft D365
Background in manufacturing is highly desirable
Solid grasp of accounting fundamentals
Skilled in user training and creating process documentation
Familiarity with tools like Power BI is a bonus
Experience with Business Central is an added benefit
