Responsibilities
-Retrieving and matching Cheques to documents
-Sorting, packaging and creating high volume Purolator packages
-Manage packaging tracking, dealing with Purolator for changes or elevations of packages
-Processing standard and templated emails to various lenders
-Set up local deliveries
-Manage in office space, paper, ink etc.
-Scanning of documents
-Answering emails
Qualifications
-Previous Data Entry experience providing administrative support in an office setting
-Flexible
-Strong attention to detail
-Team player
-Organizational skills
-Reliable
-Office etiquette
