Responsibilities
Attend agile ceremonies, work on assigned user stories, and collaborate with business partners. Analyze and document existing processes within a legacy system; uncover and map out workflows, dependencies, and data flow. Design and implement new, optimized processes and data pipelines. Visually depict and explain technical findings to the team. Work with ETL objectives analysis/mappings. Translate findings into actionable solutions. Support business partners by transforming data into useful information and delivering insights.
Qualifications
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Business Acumen. Minimum 3-5 years of proven SQL knowledge. Minimum 2-4 years of SAS knowledge. Minimum 4-6 years of OBIEE OAS Reporting Suite Experience. Minimum 3-5 years of proven analytical capabilities. Proficient in SQL and relational database concepts and design. Ability to independently data mine across various data sources. Excellent communication (written and verbal), time management, analytical thinking, information seeking, and achievement motivation skills are essential. Experience with Tableau, Microsoft Reporting Services, Oracle BI, or Power BI is a plus. A background in BI reporting, banking, and/or education in Business and Technology, Computer Science, or IT is beneficial. Python knowledge is a nice-to-have.
