Responsibilities
Partner closely with business stakeholders to identify, evaluate, and prioritize opportunities for AI, process automation, and advanced data analytics.
Design, prototype, test, and implement automated workflows and decision-support solutions using Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and approved AI technologies.
Translate complex business requirements and manual operational processes into AI-enabled agents, prompt engineering pipelines, and automated solution patterns.
Conduct process and data exploration using Python and SQL to assess use-case feasibility, data readiness, integration requirements, risks, and expected value.
Independently manage assigned analytics initiatives across all phases, including requirements gathering, technical design, testing, user adoption, and documentation.
Extract, analyze, and interpret high-volume datasets to provide actionable business insights in response to ongoing and ad-hoc requests.
Collaborate with control partners to ensure all deployed analytics and AI solutions comply with corporate risk, privacy, governance, and data security standards.
Create reusable solution templates, technical runbooks, and documentation to support scalable and responsible adoption of AI and automation tools.
Qualifications
Core Technical & AI Capabilities
Analytics & Insights Tenure: Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in advanced data analytics, insights generation, and business process optimization.
Programming & LLM Expertise: 5 years of hands-on experience using Python, SQL, Large Language Models (LLMs), and prompt engineering techniques.
AI Automation & Agent Tech: 5 years of experience building AI automation workflows, including hands-on experience with generative AI solutions, agent tech, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, or Power Automate.
Stakeholder Management: Proven track record of managing stakeholder relationships, gathering requirements, and communicating quantitative insights effectively.
Education: Post-secondary degree or diploma in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Preferred Assets
Financial Services Context: Prior data analytics or AI experience within a bank, financial institution, or regulated corporate environment is preferred.
Soft Skills & Delivery Attributes
Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills to articulate complex technical and AI concepts clearly.
Organization & Detail: Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills with a strong sense of urgency in delivering results.
