Responsibilities
Translate business requirements from the Wealth Management sector into detailed technical specifications, focusing on complex business rules, metrics, and data quality.
Collaborate with architects and data modelers to ensure that data solutions align with business strategy.
Analyze and map business processes, proposing improvements to enhance data quality at the source.
Contribute to the creation and maintenance of the sector's data roadmap and governance practices.
Use data management and quality tools to monitor, report on, and improve the overall health of the data ecosystem.
Qualifications
A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Data Analyst or a similar role focused on data.
A solid understanding of data architecture fundamentals, data modeling, and data quality principles is required.
Proficiency in SQL and experience with at least one data quality or data governance tool (e.g., Ataccama, Collibra).
Proven ability to thrive in a transformative environment with evolving technologies and systems.
A strong interest in and desire to learn about the wealth management and investment domain is essential; prior experience is a significant asset.
Excellent proficiency in English is mandatory. Professional fluency in French is a strong asset.
