Our Edmonton client is seeking a talented Digital Architect for a long term full time contract. You will guide the solution architecture of digital services, working on an exciting net new initiative across multiple projects. Responsibilities
• Lead the solution architecture of digital services using an agile software approach.
• Provide clear recommendations and prototypes for technical discovery and feasibility.
• Determine the tactical approach on each integration and system boundary.
• Review code changes and contribute directly to user stories and technical tasks.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to the product team members.
• Create architectural documents, diagrams, and presentations for non technical audiences.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of the core architecture practice.
Qualifications
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field of study.
• Five years of experience as a software architect delivering enterprise scale solutions.
• Five years of experience with containerization, orchestration, and infrastructure as code.
• Five years of experience defining architecture for integrations and cloud native patterns.
• Five years of experience working with teams that apply human centered design.
