Responsibilities
The Data Entry Clerk is responsible for the timely and accurate processing of transactions, escalating issues as needed to maintain a high level of service. This includes following firm and industry regulations, identifying opportunities to improve service delivery, prioritizing workload to meet SLAs, and demonstrating flexibility to manage seasonal volumes. Overtime may be required depending on volume.
Qualifications
High school diploma is mandatory; a university degree is preferred. Candidates should have 2-4 years of transaction processing experience (1-2 years considered). Strong computer skills, particularly with MS Office and Excel, are essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and high accuracy are required. At least two years of Canadian work experience is necessary. Previous banking or financial industry experience and knowledge of CRS, FATCA, CSE, or AML are considered assets.
