Your daily role In this key position, you will be the central point of contact to ensure smooth operations. Your responsibilities will include receiving and verifying customer orders from various sources (telephone, email, EDI, fax), as well as accurately entering them into the SAP system. You will ensure the accuracy of pricing and critical information, while providing rigorous follow-up on back-orders and reference modifications. In addition to providing quality customer service to respond to information requests, you will support the supervisor with various administrative tasks.
We are looking for a motivated individual who is perfectly fluent in French and English. Great attention to detail and ease with computer systems are essential to succeed in this role.
This is a temporary mandate with an initial duration of 2 to 4 weeks, with a strong possibility of extension based on needs. It is the perfect opportunity to get your foot in the door of a major company and demonstrate your expertise.

Between $24 and $28 per hour, based on your experience.
An initial 2 to 4-week contract with a strong possibility of extension.
A stable schedule of 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (day shift).
Located in Montreal East with free on-site parking available for your convenience.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Order Cycle Management: Receiving and verifying customer orders from various sources (telephone, email, EDI, and fax).
Data Entry Mastery: Confirming and entering customer orders into the SAP system, ensuring price accuracy and validating all critical information.
Customer Service: Professionally responding to inquiries regarding order status and general information.
Rigorous Follow-up: Managing back-orders, price discrepancies, and changes in part numbers/references.
Team Support: Performing other related tasks assigned by the supervisor to ensure smooth department operations.
Qualifications
Bilingualism: Proficient in both English and French, both oral and written;
Experience: Previous experience in data entry or using an ERP is required (SAP is a definite asset);
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Organization: Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask effectively;
Software: Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite;
Soft Skills: You are naturally curious, autonomous, and resourceful.
