Responsibilities
Receive incoming products into our ERP system (AX) accurately and efficiently
Ensure all shipment-related documentation is complete and compliant
Prepare labels for incoming and outgoing materials as needed
Assist with inventory counts and reconciliation upon request
Collaborate with team members to support the day-to-day logistics operation
Always maintain a high standard of accuracy and professionalism
Qualifications
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized with strong time management and planning abilities
Detail-oriented, particularly in inventory control and data entry
Able to work independently while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced setting
Customer-focused, safety-conscious, and professional in demeanor
Technical Requirements:
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
Comfortable working within ERP and inventory management systems (experience with AX is an asset)
Confident navigating internet-based tools and digital documentation
Strong math skills with the ability to calculate areas, percentages, and apply basic algebra/geometry
