Responsibilities
Accurately input and update data in various systems, spreadsheets, and databases.
Process, verify, and maintain invoices, records, and documentation.
Maintain data integrity by performing regular audits and reconciliations.
Communicate with internal teams to clarify or retrieve missing or incomplete information.
Generate and format reports as needed using Excel and company tools.
Ensure sensitive information is handled with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
Provide general administrative support to the team and assist with other office duties as assigned.
Collaborate with team members and provide backup support during busy periods.
Qualifications
2–3 years of proven experience in a data entry, administrative, or similar role.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook).
Experience with invoicing software (e.g., QuickBooks, FreshBooks, or similar) is an asset.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
